DISCLAIMER
Our products are crafted and finished by hand from natural materials making each piece uniquely beautiful. Variances in wood and ceramic color, crackle, texture and finish are to be celebrated. Certain fabrics are irregular by nature and variations in texture, color, and weave are inherent.
RETURNS
In-Stock items : Returns are at the discretion of RTMH.
Fabrics : Returns will be considered at the discretion of RTMH within 14 business days of purchase. No returns on the below.
- Goods have been cut
- CFA has been waived
- Velvet or mohair
- Custom made goods
- If fabric has been cut, backed or treated
Claims for errors and shortages must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized by RTMH and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales order. Merchandise returned without an authorization will be refused and freight will be charged back to the client.
CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been put into production or shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders after receipt of deposit. Orders may not be cancelled without written notice. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
CHANGE ORDER
A 5% change order fee, plus cost of labor and materials will be applied to any order that is changed after it is released to production. All changes must be submitted for written approval and may result in a new NET price in addition to the 5% fee.
RESTOCKING FEE
While returns are not accepted if RTMH determines there is cause for a return or exchange a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order.
PRICING
Payment in full including freight charges, are required prior to the shipment of goods.
Freight, delivery, custom charges, and processing charges are not included in the prices listed. These charges will be reflected on the final invoice and remain the client’s responsibility. Prices are subject to change.
Prices are valid for 6 months from receipt of deposit. If order is not allowed to proceed into production within this time frame RTMH reserves the right to revise pricing.
All accounts are treated as proforma. For stocked goods payment in full is required prior to shipping. For all other orders we require a 50% deposit and balance due prior to shipping.
COPYRIGHT
RTMH maintains proprietary interests in its designs. Those responsible for unauthorized reproductions will be subject to prosecution as provided by law.
ORDERS
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an acknowledgement which should be reviewed immediately. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information has been processed accurately. The order confirmation is the final agreement between the client and RTMH. Standard industry variance is 10%. This variance is to be expected as our pieces are hand made.
MINIMUMS – FABRICS
- Stocked Fabric : 2 yard minimum
- Trim : 5 yard minimum
- Wallcovering : 10 yard minimum
- Leather : Sold by whole hide
- Fabric is sold in half yard increments only
- A cut fee of $25 will be charged on any fabric order less than the minimums listed above
SHIPPING & FREIGHT
- All furniture is FOB North Hollywood, California. Once your product leaves the factory, it becomes the responsibility of the client.
- We will not assume responsibility for damages or loss suffered in transit.
- Original packaging, photographs of packing, and a copy of the invoice must accompany the order if a shipping claim is to be made.
- Complete shipping information must be provided and accompany your order.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. Box
- We will not store merchandise once it is ready to ship.
- Furniture left in our warehouse for more than 30 days after completion will assume a 1.5% warehouse stocking fee per month.
Freight Claims:
RTMH is not responsible for any damage or shortage incurred after the client’s freight carrier has taken possession of the order. Please inspect you order upon receipt.
Freight or Crated – Furniture:
All orders are packaged by shipper and shipped (crated or blanked wrapped). It is advised that a professional receiving company be retained and specified as the “SHIP TO” in order to avoid any problems that could arise with “inside” or “home” deliveries.
Pre-Paid Freight – Furniture:
It is our pleasure to offer the RTMH “Pre-Paid Freight” program. This program allows you to have freight quoted and paid directly to RTMH. We then make the necessary shipping arrangements with third party freight carriers. RTMH can neither be held responsible for issues nor delays in transit. Should any issues arise, such as freight damage or shortage, we will assist in the process to resolve these issues. We cannot guarantee delivery days or times. Shipping coordination is for delivery to a receiving warehouse only. RTMH takes no responsibility if the order is not shipped to a receiving company. It is the responsibility of the receiving company to inspect the items and report any damage immediately.
FURNITURE
Order Requirements:
Order entry of your item will not begin until the following requirements are met. Final production for upholstery will begin when COM/ COL/COT is received, inspected, and backed (if necessary).
- Completed and accurate written order (including ship-to address)
- 50% deposit
- Drawing For Approval / DFA signed and returned (if applicable)
- Sample For Approval / SFA signed and returned (if applicable)
- Completed COM/COL/COT form for upholstery orders signed and returned
